What is Biot- Savart Law and drive explanation of magnetic field of current

Biot- Savart Law

The biot-savart law state that magnitude of magnetic field at a point due to current distribution is directly proportional to amount of current  and effective length of conductor and inversely proportional to square of distance between current distribution and point.

Consider a small section  dL of a wire carrying current i. Let P be the observation point at distance R from the  centre of element  dL. The position vector of P subtends an angle θ with the direction of flow of current in element dL as shown in fig.
I f  dB is the magnetic field intensity at point due to this small element dL it has been observed that
